Wadeye ANZAC Dawn Ceremony
We were very lucky to have Sergeant Jonathon Moss ( Mossy) and Lieutenant Jonathon Vea from NORFORCE in Wadeye last week to organise a Dawn Ceremony for Anzac Day.
Around 30 people gathered at sunrise to pay their respect and commemorate the sacrifices of service men and women past and present. We extend our thanks to SGT Moss. LT Vea, Jonno Dodson – Jauncey, Father Leo , Damien Tunmuck, Bill Ivory, Jake Clarke and Andy Nicholas for helping make the ceremony happen.
NORFORCE are also supporting five local candidates who are currently in Darwin doing basic patrol and combat assistance training.
