West Daly Councillor Mark Tunmuck presented the Marda Pek Pek community group with lawn mowers and whipper snippers this week to support the group as they help maintain the yards of disadvantaged people.

The West Daly local authority approved $10k worth of equipment to support Marda Pek Pek . As part of their peace-making role , Marda Pek Pek engage with people in a practical way , and they are very grateful and excited to receive this equipment from WDRC.

They were very surprised and proud to receive the equipment and there was a sense of great collaboration between WDRC and TDC.
