Our Mission at TDC is to develop all commercial opportunities on behalf of the clan members throughout the Region to advance our key aims of providing local jobs for local people and, in the long term, ensuring every child has a chance of a full life.
SCfC Knowledge Sharing Seminar
Representatives from ten communities came together in Darwin this week, for the Stronger Communities for Children (SCfC) conference organized by NINTI ONE.
The conference, brought together over one hundred people from Gunbalanya, Galiwin’ku, Maningrida, Lajamanu, Utopia Homelands, Plenty Highway, Ntaria, Ltyentye Apurte, Ngukurr and Wadeye.
The fellas from Galiwinku did some very powerful dances, each representing their ceremonial groups. A big thanks to Andy and Alex from Thamarrurr Youth for co-presenting and sharing their amazing stories of how some SCfC funded activities have changed lives.
