Our Mission at TDC is to develop all commercial opportunities on behalf of the clan members throughout the Region to advance our key aims of providing local jobs for local people and, in the long term, ensuring every child has a chance of a full life.
Peacemaking In Wadeye
Thank you to all the community members who took the time to participate in the Peacekeeping Workshops run by the Community Justice Centre last week.
There were three workshops, one for the men , one for the women and one for the youth combined.
The feedback from participants has been really positive, and people have said that they are learning skills they can use in their day to day life. There will be more workshops in the coming weeks and all local community members are welcome to join.
The peacekeeping project is funded by the National Indigenous Australians Agency (NIAA)
