Last week at the Da Ngimalmin Child and Family Centre, families asked us to talk about cultures in other countries, that some of the Mums had seen in our picture books.

The kids heard stories about Native American hunters, Indian folktales and Germanic/Prussian fairy tales as they played in their costumes.

The Mums found it fascinating to hear patterns and stories from other cultures around the world, that have similarities to the stories they heard from their Elders.

Last week OLSH advised our team that the kids we enrolled in preschool have the highest attendance in their class and we are so proud of them!
