Employment and Training – Thamarrurr Development Corporation
TDC’s department of Employment and Training is contracted to deliver the Community Development Program (CDP) in Wadeye, Palumpa and Peppimenarti including surrounding outstations and homelands. We provide services to job seekers including the provision of Work for the Dole activities, training and development opportunities and job search skills. Our role in the community is to work with job seeker, employers and other relevant stakeholders to ensure workforce development needs are met and local community members are given every opportunity to achieve success through sustainable employment.
